Our technicians have all earned the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification giving us the knowledge to not only clean, but to clean with the right solutions for your particular carpet.  If you hire someone who is not certified to clean your carpet you will be voiding your carpets warranty when they clean for you.  Don't take the risk hiring an untrained technician because cleaning carpets is a science of the proper solutions and know how.  Hire a cheap company that is not certified and your carpets become their "science experiment".
